🧾 BACKDOOR CHAT — MASTER TERMS & USER AGREEMENT

🚨 SECTION 1 — AGE REQUIREMENT & ADULT CONTENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

1.1 Minimum Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use Backdoor Chat.

By using the platform, you certify that:

• You are 18+
• You have provided a truthful date of birth
• You are legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction

1.2 Adult Content

Backdoor Chat includes features that may display, generate, or reference sexually explicit content involving fictional adults only.

By continuing, you affirm:

• You understand the platform contains adult themes
• You consent to accessing such material
• You agree that you may not allow minors to view or access your account

1.3 ID Verification for Uploaders

Backdoor Chat allows users to upload images, including images containing themselves.

If you upload any image depicting adult sexual content, we may require government-issued ID verification to confirm you are an adult.

Failure to complete verification may result in:

• Removal of content
• Account suspension

You may NOT generate, request, upload, or engage in content that includes or implies:

• Age-regression, "young," "teen," or similar descriptors
• Minor-adult interactions (sexual or non-sexual)

This rule is absolute and non-negotiable.

2.2 Real-Person Likeness / Deepfakes

You may NOT:

• Upload or request explicit content involving a real person
• Attempt to create AI likenesses of real individuals
• Upload photos of others without their written consent
• Use Backdoor Chat to create deepfakes, harassment material, revenge porn, or impersonations

2.3 Violence & Harm

Prohibited content includes:

• Violence or threats
• Non-consensual sexual themes
• Abuse, torture, or coercion
• Self-harm encouragement
• Harassment or hate speech

2.4 Illegal Activity

You may not use the platform for:

• Blackmail, extortion, or doxxing
• Stalking
• Distribution of illegal images
• Discussing or planning crimes

Backdoor Chat may report unlawful activity to authorities.

🤖 SECTION 3 — AI CONTENT DISCLOSURE

3.1 Fictional Nature of AI

All AI-generated characters, personas, stories, and images are fictional, simulated constructs created for entertainment only.

They:

• Are not real people
• Do not represent identifiable individuals
• Cannot provide professional advice
• Cannot consent or enter real-world relationships

3.2 Accuracy & Limitations

AI content may be:

• Incorrect
• Inaccurate
• Nonsensical
• Unexpected

You agree not to rely on AI content for:

• Legal guidance
• Medical advice
• Mental health counseling
• Financial decisions

You may upload images only if:

4.4 License Grant

You grant Backdoor Chat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Transform
• Store
• Display
• Use

…your uploaded content solely for platform functionality (AI processing, personalization, etc.).

We do not sell or commercially license your content.

5.1 Explicit AI Content Allowed

Backdoor Chat may generate explicit images only involving fictional characters aged 18+.

5.2 Explicit AI Content Restrictions

Content must not include:

• Minors or childlike features
• Real people or lookalikes
• Violence or coercion
• Non-consensual themes

5.3 User Rights

You may view and enjoy AI-generated content for personal use only.

You may NOT:

• Share
• Post
• Publish
• Sell
• Redistribute
• Upload to social media
• Use for harassment
• Use to harm or defame others

5.4 Platform Rights

We may:

• Restrict model prompts
• Block unsafe content
• Log and review flagged content
• Modify safety filters

⚖️ SECTION 6 — ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

You agree NOT to use Backdoor Chat to:

• Circumvent safety filters
• Attempt to generate illegal content
• Reverse engineer models
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Abuse, harass, or threaten others
• Operate multiple fraudulent accounts
• Collect or scrape other users' content

Violation may result in permanent ban.

🔒 SECTION 7 — PRIVACY POLICY
